The show attracted more than 2,000 attendees, 150 exhibitors and 50 speakers, and it was great for us to discuss the issues that continue to impact public sector operations. Through individual engagement with delegates, expert-led seminars and thought leadership sessions, we discovered how unreliable communications processes continue to hamper the delivery of good service.
Throughout our history we have established a strong relationship with the public sector, giving us an intimate knowledge of the market. Our experts were on-hand to provide insight into the environment, as well as the common efficiency challenges and how to overcome them. With an ever-growing pressure for front-line public sector organisations to improve services while cutting spiralling costs, there has been a push for agencies to shift engagement channels and increase the level of collaboration. Our experts explained how process efficiency can be driven through digital transformation and collaborative principles, and how technology can be used to improve engagement with citizens and other stakeholders.
Overall, it was a very successful day and we’re already planning on exhibiting at next year’s event!
