Horsham District Council sends up to 3,600 postal items weekly. Outgoing documents often include letters, invoices, contracts and leaflets. With such a large volume of outgoing and incoming mail the customers service team found their existing folder inserter could not handle the work. This resulted in the manual inserting of documents into envelopes and managing incoming mail was a real issue.
