Love it or loathe it, there is no escaping Valentine's Day on February 14. Shops are already full of love hearts and chocolates, red roses and champagne. There is still nothing quite like the excitement of receiving a card. Oddly enough, it seems that a strong emotional reaction to mail is not limited to Valentine's cards but applies equally to marketing and advertising mail.
