At the end of June, we participated in the CX Strategy and Innovation Leaders Forum. Organised by Engage Customer and held at the Blue Fin Venue, London, the one day summit focussed on customer behaviour and expectations; delving into how they are rapidly changing and what businesses must do to keep pace.
